Legacy Water is a non-profit corporation dedicated to:

Legislation
Legacy Water works with a large coalition of water providers, farmers, and water users to develop ways to update and clarify statutes pertaining to water administration and water rights.
The Colorado Water Conservation Board (CWCB) recently updated the rules regarding Instream Flows and Natural Lake Levels and Recreation In-Channel Diversions (RICD).
